After you have finished downloading the file, you will need to open it to install the E-Meter Updater software.
Version 1.0 for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10

Windows requirements:

  • PC with a 1GHz Intel or AMD processor and 256MB of RAM
  • Screen resolution of 1024x768 or greater; 1280x800 or greater recommended
  • Windows XP Service Pack 3 or later, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10
  • 50MB of available disk space

E-METER REGISTRATION AND
ANNUAL UPDATE CHECK
The Mark Ultra VIII E-Meter Updater software is required to register or update your meter. Please download and install the software using the link to the left.
NOTE: E-Meter registration or annual update check can also be done at your local Church of Scientology.
